To obtain this "extra virgin olive and lime" oil , we followed the same steps as for cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil: grinding Arbequina olives with fresh, organic Spanish limes.

The resulting paste is then beaten and centrifuged at a temperature below 27ºC and always using mechanical processes, with virtually no human contact.

The result is the sum of the aromas of the Arbequina olive: fruit puree, apple, kiwi, walnut and tomato with the freshness and power of lime.
